We, at CMOF Global, know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So, we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.
We may in our discretion change these Terms, Conditions of Use, Conditions of Sale and Privacy Notice, or any aspect of membership, without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. Your continued membership after we change these terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your membership.
Returns are accepted for any reason, but please give us a brief explanation as to why you'd like to return the item so that we can continue striving to be better. At the moment, we are unable to return a product that has already been exchanged once.
We try our best to pick up the product to be returned via our courier partners. In case we aren't able to find a courier partner which can pick-upfrom your location, then we request you to self-ship the product to the original shipping address via a courier partner of your choice. When returning your purchased product, please co-operate with the Courier service provider instructed to collect your return item.Also please note that the courier service provider is required to check the product for verification. If all verification requirements are met, the product will be taken for return. The verification process includes checkingof tag, checking for use and damage.
Exchanges are accepted for the following reasons:
We only allow exchanges on items that are new and have not been worn or washed. A product that has been exchanged once cannot be exchangedagain.

Your exchange will be processed after we receive the item in the mail. Thereplacement item can take up to a week to ship out.
Also please note that the Courier service provider is required to check the product for verification.
The verification process includes checking of Price tag, checking for use and damage.
Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel it with the website or seller. Please refer to the seller's website for individual cancellation policies. Changes cannot be made once an order is successfully processed. If we are able to cancel the order, there may be a cancellation fee. Your account will be credited for the merchandise purchase amount. If you decide you do not want to receive the order, please notify our CMOF Global Shopping department to have the order returned when it arrives. You are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Your account will be credited once the vendor receives the returned package and we have confirmed the refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
